Cooking steps
1. Pour milk, cheddar cheese, and mozzarella cheese into a clean pot and stir over low heat to combine, then add light cream and butter to make a quicksand cheese sauce;
2. Heat the oil in a pan until it reaches 60%, fry the French fries for 4 and a half minutes, remove and control the oil, and sprinkle with sea salt;
