Chinese food preparation: audible crispy pork belly

Production steps

Clean the pork belly and cut into long strips two fingers wide

Marinate the pork belly with seasonings for 8 hours, take it out and dry it

Brush the surface of the pork belly with crispy water and let it air dry for an hour. Repeat applying the crispy water 3 times and let it air dry again for 8 hours.

Preheat nopeincombi combi steam oven, bake mode 180℃, time 20 minutes

Add the pork belly and take it out after cooking is complete
